Why do you need a waste management system?

Technology

Our food waste converter is an on-site, automated waste processing system for biodegradable waste. We use a multi-stage indirect thermal decomposition process and dry decomposition in our machines. The system is equipped with a water recycling technology that uses condensate evaporation to control humidity in the processing chamber, resulting in faster processing speeds.

Processes

The indirect multi-stage thermal decomposition and dry decomposition process: There is no steam, smoke, or other emissions from the machine. There is no odor either during operation or when the machine is idle. It can even be used as a trash container due to its sealed design. The processed soil has nutritional value. The machine is fully mechanical, making troubleshooting easy. It requires only preventive maintenance and is user-friendly and easy to maintain 24/7 support service available.

Loading process

Food waste will be loaded into the machine through the top door. Clean the filter mesh and start the process.

The food waste conversion system operates on the principle of drying. This can be simply compared to the process of drying organic waste and decomposing it into soil.

Our technology accelerates this process by simulating similar conditions inside a sealed container. It is a fully automated mechanical process.

At this stage, the moisture is completely removed from the waste. Due to the rotation of the shaft, the waste is crushed into a dry powder form.

The cooling process will start to stabilize the product. When the process is complete, the product will be automatically discharged from the front door.

The resulting collection container/box can be used for storage.
